Delivery

1. Delivery within Tbilisi is free of charge if the mattress price exceeds 200 GEL.
2. The product is delivered to the address specified by the customer within 7 business days after full payment has been made and funds have been received by the company.
3. All premium mattresses include a 1-2-year warranty.
4. Delivery inside the building is not included in our service.
5. Delivery is carried out within a set time interval, not at a specific hour. Before delivery, our courier will contact you one hour in advance to confirm the time. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, the courier’s waiting time is 15 minutes.

Why are delivery to door not included in the price?

We operate with full transparency and do not impose unnecessary services. Every service has its cost — if someone says that delivery and assembly are “free,” it usually means those costs are already included in the product price. In reality, no one provides services completely free of charge.

Regional delivery

Delivery to other regions is available upon prior agreement. Transportation to Batumi or Kutaisi costs 100 GEL, which is added to the mattress price by agreement with the customer.
