FORPLIT

FORPLIT is a patented material made primarily from polyester fibers, though sometimes other raw materials are included. It is a high-density sheet (400–2500 g/m²) with a thickness of 2–12 cm. The sheet width can reach up to 3.2 meters, while the length is practically unlimited. Thinner variants (2–4 cm) are often produced in rolls.

Production

FORPLIT is manufactured on Italian equipment, which is somewhat less advanced compared to German machinery used for producing Hollcon Mattress. The difference is especially noticeable in the fiber combing and mixing stage. As a result, FORPLIT tends to be looser and softer in structure than Hollcon. Different quality fibers are often used, which can lead to variations in color and composition.

FORPLIT XB

The most economical option. Produced from low-cost polyester fibers mixed with clean textile industry leftovers. Considered eco-friendly, this sheet remains elastic, durable, odor-free, and completely safe for use.
